My name is Vicki Ladd and I am extremely excited to be the new Deputy Principal at Ngaruawahia High School. I come here from Rototuna Senior High School where I worked as Specialist Curriculum Leader of English for nearly 3 years. Prior to that I worked at NHS for 19 years. At Rototuna I worked in an innovative learning environment and taught integrated modules, advisory and impact projects. During my time there I learnt a lot and developed my teaching practice and leadership skills. I am looking forward to bringing what I have learnt back to NHS so our kura can continue to succeed and grow. I would like to say a huge thank-you to all the staff and students who have welcomed me so warmly and I look forward to getting to know you all better.
